Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. About this platform. CBC Revision Center sells digital revision papers and educational materials organised by grade and subject, aligned with Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum.

2. Accounts. You may browse and purchase as a guest, or create an account to access your purchases from a dashboard at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Payments. Payments are processed via M-Pesa through our payment partner. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials.

4. Digital delivery. Purchased papers are delivered as downloadable files and/or in-browser read access, tied to your order or account. Download links may expire or have a limited number of uses; read access remains available from your dashboard for as long as your account exists.

5. Acceptable use. Purchased materials are for personal, household, or single-classroom educational use. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing purchased papers is not permitted.

6. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Digital goods. Because purchases are digital papers delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, all sales are generally final once a download link has been issued or a file has been accessed.

Payment errors. If you were charged but did not receive access to your papers (for example, due to a technical error), contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your M-Pesa receipt number and order reference, and we will investigate and issue a refund or restore access where appropriate.

Duplicate charges. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded once verified.

How to request a refund. Reach out via the contact page with your order reference and M-Pesa receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
